My Story

Hey guys, my name is Carley Woods, but the people who love me most call me Car – and I love that the most. I’m a strong, independent woman who’s just looking for some ways to really fine tune the best version of myself.

I love the family and friends I’m lucky enough to call mine. I’m raising the sweetest fur child there ever was (obviously I’m biased). And I’m aiming to spend the rest of my time in this life enjoying the small moments as well as the big ones.

This is a safe space for me to hold myself accountable on my journey to be the best human I can be. And if this record of my endeavors can positively impact even one other like-minded human on this Earth, well then, that’s an added bonus.
