From starving my body and sweating on the elliptical for hours at a time, to gorging myself on comfort foods and quitting the gym for an entire year – I have been all over the place when it comes to personal health.
Yes, I’ve both obsessed over the numbers on the scale, and also gone for months at a time without ever checking my weight. My relationship with my health was an absolute shit-show for YEARS.
Then I found Alex Mazzurco’s Macro Mindset program. This program differs from the others, because I personally know the human behind the screen. What set Macro Mindset apart from other avenues I’ve explored is that this time I’m gaining an education on how to FEED my body in order to increase my health. Sure, I signed up for the portion that includes workout plans, but more importantly, for the first time since middle school, I am developing a healthy relationship with food.
